​Your challenges:
- ​Scaling and optimizing RC in TikTok Search.
-​ Searching and testing new offers/approaches (we provide resources - you provide results).
-​ Maximizing ROI/Profit and working with reporting.

​Our ideal candidate:
- ​Has 1+ year of experience with TikTok (Search/RSOC - 6+ months required).
​- Confidently manages 20+ accounts simultaneously.
​- Understands how to maintain high ROI on large volumes.
​Leadership experience or creative skills would be a plus.
