What you will be doing: As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with traffic partners. Your main task will be to increase volumes of high-quality traffic, optimise partnerships and ensure stable revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and implement effective strategies. Key responsibilities: π Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners, ensuring transparent communication and full alignment with overall objectives; π Identify, onboard and develop new strategic partners to expand the network and increase traffic volumes; π Analyse traffic quality, lead conversion and campaign effectiveness, optimise partnerships and improve ROI; π Work with the Business, IT and BI teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance partnership effectiveness; π Negotiate and manage contractual relationships, securing mutually beneficial terms; π Monitor market trends, the competitive landscape and new opportunities, and prepare regular reports and strategic recommendations. Requirements: π© A bachelorβs degree in business, marketing or a related discipline; π© At least 2 yearsβ experience in partnership management, business development or sales; π© A good understanding of affiliate marketing, lead generation and digital traffic management; π© Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills; π© An analytical mindset and a data-driven approach; π© Experience working with tracking platforms (Everflow, Tune, Voluum, Cake or similar); π© Fluent English (written and spoken).
