Role overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager (Growth Focused) responsible for building and scaling our presence on YouTube and LinkedIn (with lateral expansion to Instagram).

This is a growth-focused role — not just content posting.

Your responsibility is to turn expertise into content that drives reach, engagement, and audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy focused on growth
• Generate content ideas, formats, and series
• Write hooks, short scripts, and post structures
• Manage and direct a designer/editor (content production)
• Analyze performance and optimize based on data
• Identify and scale what works; eliminate what doesn’t
• Adapt content across YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn

Requirements

• Strong understanding of short-form content and social media growth
• Ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging content
• Experience with content strategy and performance-driven marketing
• Analytical mindset (understanding of metrics, testing, iteration)
• Proactive approach — ability to take ownership and drive results

Nice to have

• Experience growing YouTube / LinkedIn accounts
• Background in tech, cybersecurity, or startups
• Experience working with founders or expert-led brands

KPIs

• Audience growth (followers/subscribers)
• Content performance (views, reach, engagement)
• Contribution to inbound interest/leads

Format

• Part-time / freelance (with potential to scale)
• Remote
