Media Buyer

We’re an experienced affiliate team with a solid internal setup — our own brands, in-house analytics, creative and product teams, and years of media buying expertise. Now we’re looking for a Media Buyer who’s ready to take on traffic acquisition hands-on, run tests, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels. You’re someone who’s data-driven, curious, and always looking for ways to scale what works — while keeping performance metrics in check.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Launch, analyze, and optimize paid traffic campaigns across multiple channels;
• Scale campaigns while maintaining target ROI and CPA;
• Test new traffic sources, funnels, and performance strategies;
• Generate hypotheses and improve buying tactics based on data;
• Prepare briefs for creatives with clear testing logic;
• Monitor campaign metrics and report actionable insights;
• Collaborate with analytics, design, and product teams;

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

• 1+ years of hands-on media buying experience;
• Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROI, ROAS, LTV, etc.);
• Experience managing multiple traffic sources simultaneously;
• Proven ability to scale profitable campaigns;
• Strong analytical mindset and decision-making based on data;
• Team player with ownership mindset and a drive for results.
