What we need

We are looking for a Content & Growth Lead to build and scale our presence across:

• YouTube (Shorts focus)
• Instagram (Reels)
• LinkedIn

Your mission: turn high-quality cybersecurity/tech insights into content that grows audience and authority.

Your responsibilities

• Develop a content strategy focused on growth
• Generate high-impact content ideas (hooks, formats, series)
• Translate complex topics (cybersecurity, tech) into engaging short-form content
• Write short scripts / outlines (15–45 sec videos)
• Analyze performance (retention, views, engagement) and iterate
• Work with a designer/editor (clear briefs, feedback, iterations)
• Adapt content across platforms (YouTube / Instagram / LinkedIn)

What we care about 

• Strong understanding of short-form content mechanics (hooks, retention)
• Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging narratives
• Clear thinking: you can explain why content will perform
• Proactive mindset: you bring ideas, not just execute
• Focus on results (growth, reach, engagement)

Nice to have

• Interest in cybersecurity, technology, or startups
• Experience working with technical or founder-led brands
