Head of SMM

We are looking for a Head of SMM with a strong performance mindset, who sees social media as a traffic and revenue channel, not just a branding tool. You understand how to turn content into registrations and FTDs, work confidently with paid and alternative traffic sources, think in funnels and KPIs, and can lead an in-house team to measurable results in Tier-1 markets.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Lead a revenue-driven SMM strategy focused on traffic monetization.

Build and scale social funnels: content → engagement → traffic → registration → FTD.

Own full-funnel KPIs: ER, CTR, CR, CPA, FTD, Reg2FTD, LTV.

Manage SMM as a business unit: content, paid social, community, partnerships.

Oversee paid social traffic (Meta, TikTok, X) and alternative sources (AdsGram-like).

Collaborate with media buyers or lead testing and scaling independently.

Analyze traffic quality: retention, FTD, redeposits.

Build Tier-1 Tone of Voice and scalable content systems (IG, TikTok, X).

Lead and develop an in-house SMM team.

Work cross-functionally with performance and influencer teams.

Optimize decisions based on data and ROI.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

4+ years in Gambling / Betting / Esports (Tier-1).

Proven experience monetizing SMM traffic.

Strong performance mindset and KPI ownership.

Hands-on paid social & alternative traffic experience.

Advanced understanding of funnels and metrics (CPA, FTD, LTV).

Experience managing SMM teams.

Advanced English.
