Influence Manager (eSports) to $1100

Hello, we are looking for a Mid-level Influence Manager for our product in the eSports industry.

Requirements:

• Experience with social media platforms. - 1-2 years
• Experience working with YouTube/TikTok/Telegram  - influencer search and outreach, basic TikTok Analytics
• Ability to find and communicate with influencers.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and creators simultaneously.
• Basic experience with Google Sheets / Excel.
• Understanding of trends and short-form content.
• Ukrainian/ Russian 
• English - Intermediate

Responsibilities:

• Searching and reaching out to influencers, search for creators.
• Negotiating collaborations and explaining campaign requirements.
• Conduct mass outreach and communicate with creators about collaborations.
• Provide simple guidelines for content about our platform.
• Coordinate video publications and track results.
• Maintain and update a creator database (Google Sheets / CRM).
• Scale the number of creators and videos each week.
• Monitor trends and suggest ideas for viral content.
• Providing content guidelines for TikTok videos about our platform.
• Tracking publications and maintaining a creator database.
• Analyzing the basic performance of published content.
• Financial reporting and invoicing

Will be an advantage:

• Previous experience in influencer marketing or creator outreach.
• Understanding of viral content and trends.
• Experience managing creator databases or influencer lists.
• Experience in gaming, esports, or entertainment niches.
