Hi everyone!

We are expanding our team and inviting a Team Lead of SMM (Worldwide) to join our fast-growing international project in the  iGaming industry.

 

We are building a product for a global audience and looking for a strong SMM professional who understands iGaming communities, audiences, and social growth in high-competition markets.

 

We expect:

  • 3+ years of experience in SMM, including experience in a leadership or senior role;
  • Proven experience in the iGaming industry and other related niches;
  • Strong understanding of audiences and Web3 communities;
  • Experience building and managing Telegram and Discord communities at scale;
  • Deep understanding of player behavior and engagement mechanics in iGaming/Web3 products;
  • Experience creating and executing global SMM strategies;
  • Hands-on experience with Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), Instagram; experience with TikTok and Facebook is a plus;
  • Understanding of iGaming/Web3 marketing restrictions and GEO-specific compliance requirements;
  • Experience working in high-risk niches (iGaming, etc.);
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to track and interpret engagement and growth metrics;
  • Experience managing SMM and Community teams;
  • Ability to plan, structure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment;
  • English B2 or higher (spoken and written);
  • Strong communication skills and proactive mindset;
  • Results-driven attitude and ability to execute quickly;
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and growth teams.

 

Your main tasks:

  • Develop and implement a global Social Media Strategy for the project across all key platforms (Discord, Telegram, X, Instagram);
  • Build and scale iGaming communities and maintain strong engagement within them;
  • Develop and execute content strategies tailored to Web3 and iGaming audiences;
  • Create and manage content plans for all social platforms;
  • Lead and coordinate the SMM and Community Management team;
  • Drive community growth and retention initiatives;
  • Implement engagement mechanics such as community events, contests, and loyalty activities;
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the iGaming space;
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize SMM campaigns and community engagement;
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to support player acquisition and retention goals;
  • Ensure all social media activities comply with industry regulations and GEO restrictions;
  • Regularly report on community growth, engagement metrics, and strategic performance to stakeholders.
