Accountant Offline

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join an international AI sports technology company.

The main focus of this role will be vendor invoice processing, purchase order matching, and financial documentation management. 

Responsibilities:

• Book and process vendor invoices in the financial system.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and virtual card transactions.
• Work with NetSuite and Pivot (P2P platform) for financial operations.
• Track and follow up on missing receipts and documentation.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Communicate proactively with employees and finance stakeholders to collect required documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Support travel and expense operations.

• Review and approve employee reimbursement requests.

   

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience as a Bookkeeper or Finance Operations Specialist.
• Experience with invoice processing and PO matching.
• Experience working with NetSuite, Pivot or other P2P systems is a strong advantage.
• Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• English C1+
