PR Manager Offline

We are looking for a PR manager to join our team, who will help us communicate our brand to the audience and strengthen our brand in their eyes. We are open to ideas and looking for a person who is ready not only to give ideas but also to implement them into life!

 

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

- Experience in development of PR strategies, PR plans and generation of news angles.
- Experience working with media: publications, negotiations, placements and support of publications in the iGaming industry.
- Experience working with influencers, bloggers and YouTube platforms.
- Experience in monitoring brand mentions and working with reputation risks in the iGaming industry
- Skills in coordination of creation of articles, press releases, interviews, email content and visual materials.
- Experience in task setting and interaction with the content team, designers, SEO specialist, developer, event manager and contractors.
- Experience working with a website: updating information, control of technical functionality and launch of new pages.
- Understanding of SEO, contextual advertising and retargeting.
- Experience using email newsletters in PR activities.
- Experience coordinating PR activities at exhibitions, shootings, interviews and awards in the iGaming industry
- Skills in reporting, analytics and PR budget management.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

- Development of PR strategy and plans (month/quarter/events), generation of news angles and PR campaigns with definition of distribution channels and KPIs.
- Work with media: paid and free publications, negotiations, control of placements, company listing in catalogs, databases and rankings, budget and documentation management.
- Work with influencers, bloggers and YouTube platforms: organization of releases, writing scripts, control of integrations and transfer for execution to SMM/Event manager.
- Monitoring brand mentions and content quality, management of reputation risks and negative mentions in media, preparation of responses together with Legal.
- Coordination of PR content creation: articles, press releases, interviews (with the content team), preparation of email content, setting tasks for designers and control of visual materials.
- Website control: relevance of information, functionality (forms, page loading), launch of new pages and functions; work with SEO specialist and developer on website optimization.
- Contextual advertising and retargeting: control of efficiency and preparation of content; analysis of competitor websites and web design trends.
- Use of email marketing as a PR tool, integration into PR campaigns and support of the affiliate team in working with requests and reactivation of partners.
- PR support of exhibitions and events: interaction with media departments of organizers, filling company pages, purchasing placements, coordination of photo/video shooting and interviews.
- Submission of the company to nominations and awards, ensuring company presentation and participation in ceremonies.
- Analytics and reporting: analysis of reach, registrations and efficiency of PR activities, preparation of reports and management of PR budgets.
