What You’ll Be Doing (Paid Social & Influencer Manager)

• Launching and scaling social acquisition campaigns focused on FTD / Deposits / CPA.
• Developing and testing creative hypotheses with designers and motion teams.
• Managing Telegram placements: sourcing channels, negotiating deals, launching integrations, and tracking results.
• Running Instagram influencer campaigns end-to-end: discovery, outreach, negotiation, integration management, and reporting.
• Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing channels based on performance metrics.
• Collaborating with marketing, SMM, and design teams to quickly test and scale ideas.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming marketing or traffic acquisition.
• Hands-on experience managing social acquisition channels and optimizing campaigns for FTD / CPA / Deposits.
• Proven experience working with Telegram channels: sourcing, negotiating placements, launching integrations, and measuring results.
• Experience managing Instagram influencer campaigns from outreach to post-campaign reporting.
• Performance mindset — decisions driven by data and metrics.
• Ability to create clear creative briefs and rapidly test marketing hypotheses.

Bonus Points

• Experience working with LATAM or Uzbekistan markets.
• Strong understanding of iGaming traffic economics and funnel metrics.
• Network of influencers or Telegram channels.
