SMM Manager

We are looking for an SMM Manager who enjoys working with different types of businesses and can confidently manage multiple projects at the same time.

Our team works with an agglomeration of companies across different industries, including e-commerce brands, retail stores, service-based businesses, IT companies, and social media projects. Because of this, the role is dynamic and requires strong organization skills and the ability to adapt strategies for different audiences and markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts for multiple brands simultaneously
• Develop and execute social media strategies for businesses in different industries
• Plan and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging content ideas and coordinate with designers/content creators
• Monitor social media performance and optimize strategies based on analytics
• Track trends and implement new formats, tools, and growth strategies
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams when needed

Requirements

• 1–1.5+ years of experience in SMM
• Experience managing multiple projects/brands simultaneously
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy
• English level B2+ (required for communication and content work)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote team

Nice to have

• Experience working with e-commerce or IT companies
• Experience with analytics and SMM management tools
