Retargeting Media Buyer

We are looking for a Senior Retargeting Media Buyer who will be responsible for driving growth in key monetization metrics of the existing user base: REG (Registrations); FTD (First-Time Deposits); RD (Repeat Deposits). 

 

The core objective is to build a systematic user re-engagement and reactivation model through DSP / SSP / Meta Ads, as well as test and implement cross-channel retargeting strategies.

This is a strategic role with direct impact on revenue, LTV, and ROI. We expect not just campaign launches, but the development of a full-scale performance system.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Launch and scale retargeting campaigns across all user segments
  • Increase REG β†’ FTD conversion rate
  • Improve RD rate and LTV
  • Reactivate dormant users
  • Build cross-channel retargeting strategy
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing and optimization
  • Prepare performance reports with a focus on revenue impact

     

What Success Looks Like:

  • First campaigns launched within the first month
  • Implementation of a segmentation model (REG / FTD / RD)
  • RD rate growth within 2–3 months
  • Consistent ROAS and ROI growth
  • Reduced eCPA while maintaining LTV
  • Established A/B testing framework
  • Transparent cross-channel retargeting model

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in media buying / performance marketing within iGaming
  • Hands-on retargeting experience via DSP / SSP / Meta Ads
  • Experience building campaigns focused on FTD and RD
  • Strong understanding of unit economics (LTV, CAC, ROI)
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Ability to analyze cohort performance
  • Experience with tracking systems (postback, event-based tracking)
  • Ability to independently manage budgets and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience collaborating with web analysts, data analysts, and design teams

Nice to Have:
 

  • English level B1–В2
  • Experience with AppsFlyer / Adjust / Keitaro
  • Experience with programmatic platforms
  • Experience building retargeting processes from scratch
