What You’ll Be Doing
As our SMM Manager (B2C Casino), you will be responsible for growing and developing our casino brands’ social media presence while driving real business results.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing an SMM strategy for B2C casino products
- Managing and growing brand channels: Telegram, Instagram, TikTok (optional), Twitter/X
- Creating engaging and conversion-focused content:
- posts and stories
- bonus, promotion, and tournament announcements
- gamification mechanics, contests, and giveaways
- short videos, memes, and trend-based content
- Building a strong emotional brand image that builds trust and motivates users to play
- Working with the community: comments, DMs, chats, loyalty and retention activities
- Launching activities focused on deposits, retention, and referral mechanics
- Preparing briefs for designers and controlling visuals and tone of voice
- Testing new formats, hypotheses, and platforms
- Analyzing performance: ER, reach, audience growth, impact on deposits and LTV
- Collaborating closely with marketing and media buying teams
What Makes You a Great Fit
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have 2+ years of experience in SMM, ideally in casino / gambling / betting / crypto / nutra
- Understand traffic arbitrage, funnels, CPA models, and player behavior
- Know how to acquire and retain a B2C audience
- Have a strong sense of trends, memes, and viral content
- Can create content that converts, not just looks nice
- Understand gambling industry specifics and restrictions
- Think in business metrics, not vanity metrics
- Are independent, proactive, and growth-oriented
It’s a Big Plus If You Also Have:
- Experience with Telegram funnels
- Understanding of player psychology and retention mechanics
- Experience running contests, bonus mechanics, and UGC campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
