Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and independent Content Marketing & SMM Specialist to join our newly transforming Business & Growth department. Your primary mission will be to boost company awareness, drive lead generation, and build strong personal brands for our C-level executives through strategic social media management. You will not just be an executor; you will be a creative force capable of taking a strategic vector and turning it into engaging, high-converting content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Management: Oversee, manage, and grow the company's presence on key platforms: LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Threads and public blogs (such as Medium).
• Trend Research: Continuously monitor and analyze social media trends to ensure our content remains highly relevant and engaging.
• Executive Ghostwriting: Create compelling content on behalf of the company's founders and public figures (ghostwriting) to build their personal brands.
• Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies and frameworks designed to increase brand awareness and seamlessly convert followers into leads.
• Smart AI Utilization: Thoughtfully leverage AI tools to assist in content creation. We expect you to use AI to enhance your work, not to blindly copy-paste generated text.

Hard Skills & Qualifications:

• English Proficiency: Advanced or Native-like English (C1/C2). All content creation will be entirely in English.
• Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Web3 sphere is mandatory.
• Algorithm Expertise: Proven understanding of how algorithms work on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Threads.
• Strategic Frameworks: Deep knowledge and practical experience with the content marketing framework to drive brand growth and lead generation.
• AI Literacy: Ability to critically assess, fix, and transform AI-generated content to meet our brand's voice and quality standards.

Soft Skills:

• Creativity: Ability to generate fresh ideas and engaging content formats.
• Proactivity: You don't wait for step-by-step instructions. You can take a general direction (vector) and independently drive results without micromanagement.
