Senior Affiliate Manager Offline

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join a British product iGaming company.

This role is ideal for a self-organized, proactive professional who is comfortable working remotely and taking full ownership of results — without micromanagement.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the team in planning, launching, and monitoring marketing campaigns
• Sourcing, attracting, and onboarding new partners
• Managing and developing affiliate accounts
• Working with partners across Tier 1 and CIS markets
• Conducting market and competitor analysis
• Preparing campaign reports and performance analysis
• Collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure campaign quality and effectiveness
• Handling ad-hoc marketing tasks
• Representing the company at industry conferences and events (when required)
• Coordinating with external providers regarding payroll data collection and submission
• Partnering with the operations team to create and optimize processes and policies

Candidate Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in an affiliate role within a product iGaming company
• Hands-on experience with Tier 1 and CIS GEOs
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing within iGaming
• English level B2 or higher
• Willingness to work in a B2B format
• Confident Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive mindset and comfort working in a highly autonomous environment
• Independence and initiative
• Process-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
