SMM Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and creative Junior SMM Specialist who already understands how social media works beyond just posting content. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing brand pages, launching small campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and generating content ideas that actually drive engagement.

You’ll work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to grow our online presence, strengthen brand voice, and support lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and short-form videos
• Participate in content planning and editorial calendar development
• Write compelling captions adapted to different platforms
• Monitor trends and suggest relevant content ideas
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions)
• Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Support paid social campaigns (audience setup, creatives testing, performance tracking)
• Engage with followers and manage community interactions
• Collaborate with designers to brief visuals and creatives

Required Experience

• 1–2 years of hands-on SMM experience
• Understanding of social media algorithms and platform specifics
• Basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads is a plus)
• Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Strong copywriting skills in English
• Ability to analyze metrics and suggest improvements
• Creative mindset and attention to detail
• Self-organization and ability to meet deadlines

Nice to Have

• Basic design skills (Canva / Figma)
• Experience in B2B or IT industry
• Understanding of content funnels and customer journey
• Experience with influencer collaborations
