Junior Social Media Manager

We’re expanding our Marketing team and looking for a proactive Junior/Middle Social Media Manager to take ownership of our growing social media presence.

Currently, social media is managed by our content writers and PR team, but due to increasing activity and strategic focus on brand visibility, we’re introducing a dedicated role. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow in B2B marketing and fintech, working closely with the Head of Marketing, the content team, and our designers.

You will help shape and scale our presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, and explore new platforms such as Reddit and TikTok. You’ll work closely with the design team to bring content ideas to life. Ability to create visuals is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow Akurateco’s LinkedIn company page (primary focus).
• Repurpose blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, and press releases into engaging social media posts.
• Support founders and sales team with personal branding content (post drafting, content ideas, optimization).
• Adapt and republish content across Facebook, X (Twitter), and Instagram.
• Participate in exploring and testing new platforms such as Reddit and TikTok.
• Collaborate closely with designers to produce visual content.
• Track performance metrics and prepare simple reports with insights and suggestions.
• Maintain consistency in brand tone and voice across all social platforms.

Requirements
• Advanced written English.
• 1+ year experience working with LinkedIn. 
• Proactive mindset and willingness to suggest ideas and improvements.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks.

Nice to Have
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B marketing.
• Experience with Reddit, TikTok, or testing new channels.
• Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
