We’re looking for a proactive SEO Outreach Specialist who can build high-quality backlinks, drive brand authority in the US and EU markets, and strengthen our presence in both organic and AI-driven search results.
 

Your future responsibilities include:

• Lead organic link acquisition through value-driven partnerships as a core part of the SEO strategy.
• Full ownership and rapid, consistent communication across outreach channels.
• Earn organic citations from LLM-prioritized sources to boost brand visibility in AI search results (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini).
• Create, pitch, and place strategic guest posts to strengthen topical authority and expand referral traffic.
• Develop and execute crowd marketing initiatives, managing organic brand advocacy within relevant niche communities and forums.
• Support international expansion through blog localization, including keyword research, content adaptation, and on-page optimization for target markets.
   

Needed experience & skills:

• 1+ year of experience in a digital product or service company (SEO / Outreach / Link Building).
• B2+ level of written and spoken English.
• Strong data management, tracking outreach updates on the go to optimize performance continuously.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO fundamentals.
• Experience with advanced search operators and prospecting (finding and contacting real decision-makers).
• Hands-on experience with guest posting, niche edits/link insertions, broken link building, and ABC exchanges.
• Strong negotiation skills, ownership, critical thinking, and openness to feedback.
   

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with Digital PR and media outreach campaigns.
• Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail and content quality.
• Understanding of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) principles and AI-driven search visibility.
