About the Company
We are a private family office managing and developing multiple real estate and construction projects. Our focus is long-term value creation through high-quality residential development.
We are building our first serious online presence - not for vanity metrics, but as a digital portfolio and lead funnel that clearly shows what we build, how we build it, and the problems we solve along the way.
Why We’re Hiring
We already have a large library of raw content: drone footage, construction-site videos, progress updates, before/after material, and internal recordings from multiple projects.
What we don’t have is someone who can turn that raw material into cohesive, story-driven short-form content and grow social channels consistently from zero.
This role exists to build and run that system end-to-end.

What You Will Do
1. Build the social presence from scratch
- Set up or restructure accounts (bios, highlights, pinned posts, link flow).
- Define a clear visual and tonal direction (colors, fonts, subtitles, pacing, voice).
- Create a simple, practical brand system that can be followed (not an agency-style brand book).
2. Turn raw footage into compelling short-form content
- Select, edit, and package raw videos into story-driven clips.
- Focus on why something matters, not just how it looks.
- Repurpose one core video across platforms correctly (format, captions, hooks).
- Maintain a consistent posting cadence:
- Target: 2–3 short videos per week
- Stories posted regularly (some scheduled, some real-time)
3. Content planning & storytelling
- Build monthly content calendars with clear logic:
- What is being posted
- Why it’s being posted
- How posts connect to each other
- Mix formats:
- Project progress & behind-the-scenes
- Educational content people save and share
- Credibility content (process, challenges, solutions)
4. Community & engagement
- Respond to comments and messages in the brand’s voice.
- Proactively engage from the company account in relevant niches.
- Use platform features (trial reels, polls, Q&A, stories) to grow organically.
5. Growth experiments & basic analytics
- Test hooks, formats, posting times, and series.
- Run small paid experiments when appropriate (basic Meta/TikTok ads).
- Track and report what works, what doesn’t, and what to try next.
What Success Looks Like
- A consistent publishing system that runs without micromanagement.
- Clear improvement in engagement, retention, and profile actions over time.
- A social profile that functions as a credible digital portfolio.
- Early inbound interest/leads generated through content (quality > quantity).
No promises like “X followers per day.” We care about disciplined execution and learning.
Working Model
- Fully remote
- Flexible schedule, but reliable overlap with US-aligned working hours is required for coordination and timely posting
- You work directly with the internal team and shape the storytelling direction
Compensation
- Negotiable, depending on experience and execution level
- Full-time engagement preferred
- Long-term/permanent collaboration is the goal if performance is strong
Required Experience
- Proven experience growing or managing social media accounts (from zero or early stage).
- Strong understanding of short-form video and platform dynamics.
- Ability to edit video independently (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
- Clear sense of storytelling and visual cohesion.
- Ability to work independently, stay organised, and own results.
- Comfortable using analytics and adapting strategy based on data.
- Solid written English (AI tools allowed — output quality matters, not the method).
Nice to Have
- Experience with real estate, construction, architecture, or other “non-glamorous” industries.
- Experience collaborating with creators or running small ad campaigns.
- Ability to think in series, not just one-off posts.
This Role Is NOT a Fit If
- You only “post content” but don’t analyse or iterate.
- You require a fully built brand book before you can start.
- You expect separate editors, designers, or copywriters for basic execution.
- You are looking for a purely creative role without accountability for growth.
