We are a private family office managing and developing multiple real estate and construction projects. Our focus is long-term value creation through high-quality residential development.

We are building a structured go-to-market engine around our development activities. This is not about building social media for vanity. It is about validating demand, building credibility, and creating a scalable digital acquisition channel for future services.

 

Why We’re Hiring

We already have assets:

  • Completed and ongoing development projects
  • Drone footage, construction-site videos, before/after material
  • Access to architects, contractors, and real-world case studies

What we don’t have is a performance-driven operator who can:

  • Define our positioning
  • Package our services clearly
  • Build a simple but functional digital presence
  • Test market demand
  • Generate early inbound leads

This role exists to build and own that system end-to-end.

 

Scope of Responsibility

This is not a pure SMM role.

You are responsible for designing and executing the go-to-market strategy for a real estate and construction vertical.

What You Will Do

1. Define Positioning & Offer Structure

  • Clarify what we are selling (remodeling, design-build, consulting, full-cycle development).
  • Define ideal client profiles.
  • Shape clear service packages.
  • Align messaging with real market demand.

No generic brand books. Clear offers that convert.

2. Build the Digital Infrastructure

  • Launch or restructure website (lean, conversion-focused).
  • Build social presence with strategic intent.
  • Create simple lead capture flows.
  • Implement tracking for performance (traffic, leads, cost per inquiry).

Output > aesthetics.

3. Turn Real Projects Into Demand Assets

  • Convert raw footage into authority-building content.
  • Develop narrative-driven short-form videos.
  • Create structured content series (not random posts).
  • Repurpose content across platforms intelligently.

Platforms:

  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • YouTube Shorts
  • Optional: X (Twitter) for authority positioning

4. Launch & Test Growth Channels

  • Run small paid experiments (Meta, TikTok).
  • Test hooks, offers, landing pages.
  • Track results and iterate fast.
  • Focus on lead generation and pipeline building.

This is experimentation-driven execution.

5. Own Performance

You will operate with clear output expectations:

First 30–45 days:

  • Website live
  • Defined offer structure
  • Structured content engine running
  • Initial paid experiments launched
  • First inbound leads generated

If nothing measurable moves, something is wrong.

 

What Success Looks Like 

  • A functioning digital acquisition system.
  • Early qualified inbound inquiries.
  • Clear market validation of service demand.
  • Content that builds authority and trust.
  • Reporting based on outcomes, not activity.

We do not measure success by follower count.
We measure traction.

 

Working Model

  • Fully remote.

Compensation

Negotiable based on experience and ability to deliver measurable results.

Performance-based bonus structure available tied to lead generation or project acquisition.

We prioritise capability over cost.

 

Required Experience

  • Experience launching or growing early-stage projects from zero.
  • Experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or GTM roles.
  • Ability to build simple funnels and test paid acquisition.
  • Strong short-form video understanding.
  • Ability to operate independently without micromanagement.
  • Comfort being measured by outcomes, not hours worked.

 

Nice to Have

  • Real estate or construction experience.
  • Startup or early-stage company experience.
  • Experience running lean growth experiments.
  • Experience managing both content and performance channels.

 

This Role Is NOT a Fit If

  • You only execute content without tying it to business outcomes.
  • You require constant direction.
  • You measure success by posting frequency.
  • You avoid accountability for measurable performance.
  • You are uncomfortable working in a fast, trial-driven environment.
