Media Buyer (Canada, Tier-1)

About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Media Buyer to scale UA for Gambling across Tier-1 GEOs (strong focus on CA). You’ll plan, launch, and optimize campaigns—turning creative angles and data into profitable growth.
 

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute paid acquisition across Facebook (Meta) for Gambling (policy-compliant), covering iOS / PWA / Android flows.
  • Build, test, and scale bundles: angles, creatives, pre-landers/landers, funnels.
  • Optimize to performance goals (CPA/FTD, ROAS, CTR/CVR, payback) with structured A/B/MVT testing.
  • Manage and pace $30k+ / month budgets with clear caps, rules, and daily P&L control.
  • Set up and maintain tracking in Keitaro / Binom; ensure clean attribution and reporting.
  • Analyze cohorts and GEO/channel performance; propose scale/kill decisions daily.
  • Collaborate with Design (static/motion/UGC), CRM (retargeting), and Product/BI (dashboards & insights).
  • Source and validate new traffic sources, placements, and whitelists; negotiate with reps.
     

Requirements

  • 2+ years of media buying in the Gambling vertical, primarily Facebook (Meta).
  • Proven launches for iOS / PWA / Android apps/flows.
  • Recent wins (last 2–3 months) you can walk us through (goal → setup → results).
  • Tier-1 experience is a must; Canada (CA) 
  • Hands-on with Keitaro and/or Binom trackers.
  • Comfortable managing $30k+/month with disciplined testing and daily optimization.
  • Ability to find and generate new bundles (angles, creatives, flows) consistently.
  • High ownership, reliability, and execution speed.
  • Excellent communication skills (clear written & verbal English).
     

Nice to have

  • Experience with allowlists, policy approvals, and responsible-gaming messaging for Tier-1.
  • Familiarity with spy tools (e.g., Adplexity, Anstrex) and creative pipelines (UGC/motion).
  • Basic GA4/Looker/Tableau or spreadsheet mastery for deeper analysis.
