Senior Media Buyer

We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Media Buyer to own paid acquisition across multiple channels for a single, fast-growing brand in the women’s health space.
You will be managing an ecosystem product, a sanctuary for every woman who’s tired of pain, being dismissed and overwhelmed, supported by a dedicated team that builds funnels, creatives, and offers for you. Your role is to place those assets into the right channels, make smart optimization decisions daily, and scale what works.
The company operates a digital health product that improves quality of life for thousands of women across English-speaking markets. The product is proven, highly rated, and already supported by significant monthly ad spend. The goal now is to scale this further with a strong, hands-on media buyer at the helm.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and scale campaigns across Meta, Google Search, and YouTube
- Test and expand into TikTok and Native (training on Native provided)
- Run structured creative testing cycles weekly
- Monitor CPA, CPM, CPC, and CVR
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist and CRO team to test new ideas
You will not be responsible for building funnels or producing creatives.
Your focus is on execution, optimization, and scaling.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads
- Background in e-commerce/welltech/healthtech or direct response marketing
- Strong understanding of modern creative testing approaches, advertorials, VSLs, whitelisting, and bidding strategies
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data daily
- Proactive communicator who takes ownership and works with attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience with subscription apps or web-to-app funnels
- Exposure to TikTok Ads or Native advertising
How the Team Works
- Dedicated team: Media Buyer, Funnel Builder, Copywriter, Creative Strategist, and Video Editors
- Daily communication via Slack
- Weekly Zoom meeting
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting (spreadsheets and Loom updates)
- Required overlap: 9am–12pm PST
