Social Media Marketing Specialist

Right now, we’re looking for an SMM Manager (Remote) to strengthen our brand presence in the market. This role is focused on building strategies from scratch, driving brand awareness, and supporting lead generation through high-quality content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SMM strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Manage and grow brand pages on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram (and other platforms if needed).
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content according to the content calendar.
  • Write compelling copy and collaborate with designers to deliver effective visuals.
  • Prepare regular reports on SMM activities and advertising results.
  • Suggest and test new approaches to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor and respond promptly to leads’ comments, messages and questions generated from Facebook ad campaigns.
  • Engage with potential customers in a professional and brand-consistent manner to encourage conversions.

Requirements

  • 2+ year of proven experience in social media marketing (digital marketing background is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience creating SMM strategies from scratch.
  • Hands-on expertise with targeted advertising.
  • English (B2+).
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with performance data.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation.
  • Experience with A/B testing.
  • Background in managing multiple brands or international projects.
