Bitmedia Labs

Creative Copywriter

Bitmedia Labs is an international product IT company that has been building ambitious innovative products for millions of users worldwide since 2014 - combining deep tech expertise with a creative mindset.

Our ecosystem spans:

  • Game Development — building the next generation of Web3 gaming, where gameplay comes first, players own their assets, and developers thrive within massive, engaged communities.
  • Digital Marketing Ecosystem — building a unified ecosystem that combines a leading high-performance advertising platform with emerging media and affiliate solutions.

We’re looking for a Creative Copywriter to own game marketing voice end-to-end - from high-performing paid ads to email/push lifecycle, from social content to event storytelling and lore.

This is not “just writing.” You’ll be the creative hub between marketing, product, and design: turning ideas, features, and live-ops beats into clear messaging, strong narratives, and ready-to-produce creative briefs. If the team needs a banner, video, key visual, landing page, or a whole campaign pack - you’re the person who shapes the concept, writes the copy, and delegates tasks to designers with precision.

Responsibilities:

  • Write direct-response ad copy for Meta, Google, ads networks (hooks, variants, angles, CTAs);
  • Create and iterate creative angles based on audience insights, product beats, and performance data;
  • Support conversion assets: landing pages, store text, promo pages, ad-to-LP messaging consistency;
  • Partner with UA/Marketing to test hypotheses (A/B copy variants, new offers, new hooks);
  • Write email sequences, newsletters, event announcements, winback/reactivation flows;
  • Write push notifications and in-app messages that feel human, fun, and clear - not spammy;
  • Keep communication aligned across channels: one story, multiple executions;
  • Write social posts and content packs for X/Twitter, Youtube, Discord/Telegram, etc;
  • Turn updates into formats that travel: short posts, threads, mini-stories, punchy captions;
  • Support community moments: announcements, patch notes “that people actually read,” event hype;
  • Expand game lore, characters, themes, event stories, and world-building;
  • Write narrative wrappers for events (quests, teasers, artefacts, “why this matters” in the world);
  • Keep the universe coherent: naming, tone, and canon consistency;
  • Act as the go-to person for design requests: translate needs into strong briefs;
  • Prepare creative briefs: goal, audience, key message, visual references, format specs, CTA, variants;
  • Delegate tasks to the design team and ensure quality + consistency across deliverables;
  • Maintain a lightweight system: templates, naming conventions, asset folders, approvals;
  • Define/maintain the game tone of voice and ensure it’s consistent across channels;
  • Edit and improve copy across the team when needed (polish, structure, clarity, punch);
  • Build a small internal “playbook”: do’s/don’ts, examples, hooks library, CTA library.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years in copywriting / content / creative marketing (gaming is a big plus);
  • A portfolio that shows performance-oriented copy (ads) and brand/storytelling writing;
  • Ability to write clearly in English (native or near-native);
  • Strong instincts for hooks, benefits, emotional triggers, and conversion;
  • Experience working with designers: you can write briefs that reduce back-and-forth and speed up output;
  • Comfortable in a fast iteration environment: multiple variants, quick edits, frequent experiments;
  • Organised: you can manage multiple requests without losing context or quality.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in F2P games, live-ops, events, progression/monetisation loops;
  • Familiarity with Web3 concepts (but you don’t need to be a “crypto person”);
  • Understanding of UA basics: CTR, CPA, ROAS - and how copy influences each step;
  • Experience writing scripts for short-form video (TikTok/Reels) and UGC-style ads;
  • Tools: Confluence, Jira, Figma (at least for comments/hand-off), Miro.

Hiring process:

  • Intro call with a Recruiter - Technical Interview - Interview with the Hiring team - Сollection of recommendations - Offer.
