Media Buyer

We are - TopTraff, a media buying team working with spend-based offers in the iGaming niche, primarily across Tier-3 geos. One of our key projects is an in-house product that we are actively developing.

Overall, the company employs around 50 people, covering multiple verticals and traffic sources such as Facebook, UAC, and others. At the moment, our main focus is scaling the Facebook direction, and we are looking for new media buyersto join the team.

The Facebook team currently consists of 10 specialists and 2 team leads, as well as:

• designers who quickly handle creative production tasks;
• technical specialists who ensure the stable operation of the infrastructure (trackers, proxies, anti-detect tools, etc.).

We already have well-established processes, proven setups, and unlimited budgets, which allow us to work at scale and maintain stability.

We are open to considering candidates with minimal experience or basic exposure to the field, provided they have a strong desire to learn 24/7 and deliver results.

We offer a remote work format or the option to work from our office in Cyprus — your choice.

Conditions: a base salary after successfully completing the probation period + a percentage of profit based on performance.
