About the Project

Web3 gaming project at the launch stage.
The product is preparing for market entry with a ready go-to-market plan and a core launch team (Performance Marketing, Community, KOL).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Discord architecture: roles (Beta Tester, Holder), bots (Collab.Land), ticket system.
• Turn Discord into an active Degen Hangout.
• Organize Twitter (X) raids with rewards (WL / CLT) and maintain engagement under KOL posts.
• Plan and host AMA sessions on Twitter Spaces and Discord (Fair Play, Tokenomics, Transparency).
• Manage and grow communities on Discord, Telegram, Twitter (X), Reddit.
• Handle FUD and negative feedback using facts (audits, VRF, proofs).
• Support brand awareness via YouTube community content.

Requirements

• English level B2+.
• Full-time availability.
• Experience managing Discord communities of 5,000+ members (roles, bots, permissions).
• Hands-on experience with Telegram, Twitter (X), Reddit.
• Experience with AMA sessions and Web3 marketing activities (Zealy, Galxe).
• Strong knowledge of crypto culture and slang (GM, WAGMI, Alpha).
• Ability to follow Tone of Voice and stay calm under FUD pressure.
