The Mission (Should you choose to accept it)
In this role, you won’t just be staring at keywords all day. You’ll be a strategic researcher, a deep-diver into professional communities, and a key player in how we build our teams. You will learn how to build sourcing strategies from scratch, actively hunt for candidates on LinkedIn and beyond, and refine our candidate acquisition funnels. Under the guidance of our Sourcing Lead you’ll learn the "who, where, and how" of international hiring.

You’re Our Perfect Match If:
- Experience Level: You have 0-1+ years of experience. Maybe you’ve completed a sourcing course, or maybe you’re just a natural-born researcher who loves finding people online.
- English Skills: You have a B1+ English level (Intermediate or higher). You’re comfortable writing outreach messages and collaborating with an international team.
- The Mindset: You possess an analytical brain, a strategic mindset, and a hawk-like attention to detail. You don’t just want to "fill roles"; you want to have a real impact on hiring quality.
