Copywriter Responsibilities:
β Copywriting & Editing: Primary focus on writing and editing Ukrainian-language copy to ensure clarity, confidence, and consistency in tone of voice.
β Email Content: Create nurture emails and sales follow-up emails in Ukrainian, based on ready messaging and structure provided by the marketing owner.
β Collaboration with Marketing Owner: Work closely with the marketing owner using provided inputs, messaging frameworks, and tone-of-voice guidelines.
β Brand Consistency: Ensure all texts follow Altyβs brand voice, communication principles, and agreed stylistic boundaries.
β Meeting Deadlines: Deliver tasks on agreed timelines and incorporate feedback efficiently.
Candidate Requirements:
β Professional Copywriting Experience: Experience in writing marketing, product, or B2B-oriented texts with clear structure and logic.
β Ukrainian Language Proficiency: Native Ukrainian with a strong sense of language, rhythm, and clarity.
β Ability to Work with Briefs: Comfortable working with detailed briefs, fixed messages, and clear strategic direction.
β Attention to Detail: Strong editing and proofreading skills; consistency in tone and meaning.
β Self-Management: Ability to work independently in a freelance format, manage small workloads, and communicate asynchronously.
Nice to have:
β Experience with B2B, digital products, or service-based companies.
β Basic understanding of UX, digital products, or fintech domain specifics.
β Experience working with email content (nurture or sales communication).
Work Conditions:
β Freelance, Part-Time Format: Hourly collaboration, remote.
β Workload: Approximately 2β3 hours per week, depending on current tasks.
β Clear Ownership & Guidance: All strategic direction, messaging, and priorities are provided by the marketing owner.
β Flexible Scheduling: Tasks are planned in advance when possible; no βalways-onβ expectation.
