🪄What You Will Work On

  • Create clear, accurate, and conversion-focused content for Epom’s products (Ad Server, DSP, white-label solutions, etc).
  • Produce landing pages, feature descriptions, onboarding and help materials, how-to content, case studies, release notes.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-oriented explanations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, design, support, and technical teams to ensure consistent product messaging.
  • Use analytics (GA4, Power BI, GSC, Ahrefs) and user insights to refine copy and improve conversion.
  • Support ongoing improvements to product messaging and content structure.

     

🔦What Experience We Expect

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or other technical writing experience.
  • Proven background in product-centric content: web pages, features, onboarding, documentation.
  • Experience working closely with product and technical teams.
  • Understanding of conversion copywriting and ability to write action-driving content.
  • Ability to interpret data from Hotjar, GA4, GSC, Ahrefs to inform content decisions.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising concepts is a strong plus.

Writing & Communication

  • Ability to explain complex systems clearly and logically.
  • Strong product writing, UX writing, and conversion copywriting skills.
  • Ability to turn raw materials (docs, interviews, notes) into polished content.
  • Clear, concise, technically accurate writing style.

Product & Technical Thinking

  • Solid understanding of SaaS products and user flows.
  • Curiosity and willingness to ask technical questions.
  • Ability to map features to use cases and user value.

Analytical & Research

  • Ability to work with GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Hotjar, and user feedback to improve clarity and performance.
  • Strong research skills and fast learning curve.

Tools & Workflow

  • Skilled with writing/editing tools (Grammarly, Hemingway, etc).
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research and drafting with strong editorial judgment.
  • Basic SEO knowledge (intent, structure, internal linking).
  • Organized, independent, able to manage multiple content streams.

Bonus

  • Experience in the AdTech industry.
  • Portfolio with writing samples — strong advantage.
