We’re building a Gong-level content engine to dominate the AI logistics category — and we’re looking for the person who can make it happen.
Role: B2B Content Manager
You will build a content machine that educates the market, fuels demand, strengthens our brand, and supports sales. Your work will shape how the world understands AI-first logistics.
You will report directly to the CMO.
What You Will Create (Your Core Outputs)
1. Educational Content (Demand Gen)
- Deep market analysis, logistics insights, SaaS playbooks, whitepapers
- Benchmarking reports (e.g., “AI Trends in Freight Procurement”)
- Comparable to Gong Labs — data-backed content that builds authority
2. Case Studies & Customer Success Stories
- Clear, credible enterprise-grade stories that build trust
- Format: written, video, slides, short social cuts
- Similar to Snowflake’s Fortune 500 case library
3. Thought Leadership for C-Level
- Articles, keynote scripts, interviews, podcasts
- Help shape Forward’s narrative: AI-first logistics → the new world standard
4. Sales Enablement Content
- One-pagers, decks, battlecards, competitor breakdowns
- KPI: real usage by Sales during live deals
- Help shorten deal cycles and increase win rates
5. Community & Social Content
- Content for LinkedIn, Slack groups, Telegram channels, industry forums
- Short, sharp, insight-rich posts that build daily brand presence
What You’ll Do Day to Day
- Run the full content lifecycle: research → draft → edit → publish → distribute
- Collaborate with CMO, Product, Sales, and Data teams
- Turn raw product insights and customer interviews into high-impact content
- Build a long-term content strategy for US, EU, and Asia markets
- Set up distribution systems (newsletters, communities, partnerships)
- Track performance and optimize based on real metrics

- Forward becomes the #1 thought leader in AI logistics
- Sales team uses content in 80%+ of live deals
- Case studies drive trust with enterprise shippers and carriers
- Educational content becomes the top source of inbound demand
- Leadership content influences the market narrative
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in B2B SaaS content, copywriting, or marketing
- Strong storytelling skills (simple, clear, sharp writing)
- Experience writing long-form and short-form content
- Comfortable with technical products (AI, SaaS, logistics is a plus)
- Analytical mindset — able to turn data into insights
- High ownership, speed, and A-player standards
