We are looking for a hands-on operational leader who can build structure, scale processes, and turn strategy into clear execution.

This role is for someone who can design and improve operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the company runs efficiently during active growth. If you’re a practical builder of processes who is comfortable owning both strategy and implementation. We want to talk to you!

The role provides direct access to the co-founders and real influence on the company’s operational architecture.
 

If it sounds like you:

  • You understand how business processes work and can quickly improve them;
  • You take ownership and bring clarity, structure, and predictability;
  • You communicate well with founders, teams, and technical specialists;
  • You can turn ideas into practical workflows, systems, and decisions.

Hard skills:

  • 5+ years in operations/management (COO, Operations Lead, PMO, etc.);
  • Experience in building or improving internal operational processes;
  • Strong project coordination & prioritization skills;
  • Confident with Excel/Google Sheets and dashboards;
  • Understanding of financial indicators (budgeting, P&L basics);
  • Experience working with ERP systems, especially 1C/BAF (as a power user or process owner);
  • English B2 for communication with partners;
  • We don’t expect you to be a 1C/BAF expert from day one - but we do expect you to own the transition and deliver results: the system works, processes are documented, the team uses it, and there is control and measurable metrics;
  • Willingness to take ownership of setting up/rebuilding 1C/BAF processes: gathering requirements, translating them into tasks/specs for developers, testing, rollout, and user training.

Responsibilities:

  • Define operational priorities together with the co-founders and drive execution through teams;
  • Build operational discipline: clear roles and responsibilities, rules and routines, regular syncs/reviews, and execution follow-up;
  • Build and optimize core operational processes (finance flow, procurement, logistics, internal workflows);
  • Coordinate company operations and align cross-functional teams;
  • Lead operational projects and new initiatives from idea to implementation;
  • Own 1C/BAF improvements in partnership with developers: customize, automate, and refine functionality based on business needs;
  • Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and knowledge bases;
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business decisions;
  • Communicate with external partners and suppliers.
