Media Buyer

 

We're looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer who will manage Meta, Google Ads, and other traffic sources—focusing not on vanity metrics, but on driving actual foot traffic to stores and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Media Planning

  • Develop and maintain performance strategy for Meta and Google
  • Create media plans with forecasts: budget allocation, reach, clicks, CPA/CPC, expected ROMI, and revenue impact

2. Campaign Launch & Optimization

  • Set up and manage campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Continuously optimize for: CPC, CPA, ROMI, ROAS, offline revenue impact, and GMB traffic

3. Navigating Platform Restrictions (Cannabis Industry)

  • Plan and execute advertising within Meta and Google guidelines for sensitive categories (cannabis, CBD, wellness)
  • Collaborate with CMO and legal team to maintain account stability and avoid blocks

4. Creative Strategy & Testing

  • Formulate hypotheses and brief designers on creative requirements
  • Test different combinations: offer + audience segment + format + placement
  • Align with brand and social media teams on visual consistency and messaging

5. Analytics & Attribution

  • Set up and leverage: GA4, pixels/conversions, UTM tracking, QR codes, promo codes, offline conversions, CRM integration
  • Calculate and report on:
    • ROMI by channel and campaign
    • CPA / Cost per store visit
    • Ad impact on store revenue
    • Contribution to new vs. repeat visits
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights and budget reallocation recommendations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing/media buying with focus on Meta + Google Ads
  • Proven track record working with offline businesses: retail, HoReCa, services, medical clinics, fitness, wellness, or similar categories where offline revenue attribution is critical
  • Strong funnel optimization skills: from impression to store visit to purchase
  • Technical proficiency:
    • Meta Ads Manager
    • Google Ads
    • GA4
    • Basic GTM / event & conversion setup
    • Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, analytics)
  • Ability to work effectively within platform restrictions without burnout
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (for platform interfaces, support communication, and working with English-language creatives and audiences)
