SMM Manager at Struktura

We are a Ukrainian product IT company that started our journey in 2020. We invent, build, launch, promote, and support our own B2C SaaS products and mobile apps.

We started the business with just five specialists, right at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Two years later, the world changed again with the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
Despite everything, we have grown into a strong, close-knit team of around 70 talented professionals and successfully launched several innovative products.

We are still relatively small, but highly ambitious β€” and we’ve already proven our resilience, determination, and ability to grow under challenging circumstances.

We operate as a true product business: testing hypotheses fast, making data-driven decisions, and building long-term value for users.

We are looking for an SMM Manager who will take full ownership of our organic social channels and turn them into a consistent growth driver for our products β€” from brand and community to acquisition and subscription support.

 

Your Role

β€” Full ownership of the B2C SMM direction across:
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest, Quora;
β€” Building and executing SMM strategies aligned with product goals (brand, acquisition, activation, subscription);
β€” Developing a scalable content system for a global Tier-1 audience;
β€” Creating content plans: topics, formats, series, messaging, and tone of voice;
β€” Generating and testing hypotheses (hooks, storytelling, AI use cases, product value narratives);
β€” Launching organic campaigns and product-driven content initiatives;
β€” Briefing and coordinating with the creative team (design, motion, copy);
β€” Analyzing performance: reach, engagement, audience growth, impact on web β†’ app flows, installs, and subscriptions;
β€” Identifying growth opportunities and scaling what works.

 

 

What We’re Looking For

β€” 2+ years of experience as an SMM Manager in B2C or product companies;
β€” Experience with or strong understanding of global, English-speaking markets;
β€” Understanding of Pinterest as a discovery channel and Quora as an authority and organic traffic channel;
β€” Ability to think in terms of content systems and funnels, not just individual posts;
β€” Strong data-driven mindset and comfort working with metrics;
β€” High level of ownership, independence, and proactivity.

Nice to have:
β€” Experience with subscription-based products;
β€” Background in app-first or AI-driven products;
β€” Experience running organic growth experiments;
β€” Basic understanding of app/web analytics tools (AppsFlyer, GA, Amplitude, etc.).
