Media Buyer / Influencer Marketing Manager (Gambling)

     We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer / Influencer Marketing Manager to drive high-quality traffic acquisition through influencers and content creators across Europe Tier-1 markets.

    
Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and manage influencers across YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and Instagram
• Manage the full influencer lifecycle: outreach, negotiation, briefing, execution
• Launch and scale influencer campaigns using CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
• Ensure full compliance with local regulations (18+, responsible gambling, country-specific rules)
• Monitor and optimize performance metrics: CPA, FTD, ROI, LTV
• Test new influencer formats and acquisition channels
• Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, and affiliate teams
• Prepare reports and optimize campaigns based on performance data

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Media Buyer / Influencer Manager
• Hands-on experience in iGaming / Betting / Crypto / Nutra
• Proven experience working with Europe Tier-1 markets
• Strong understanding of performance KPIs: CPA, FTD, ROI, Retention
• Solid negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory restrictions in Europe
• Strong analytical mindset
• English — Upper-Intermediate

 
Nice to Have:

• Existing influencer database
• Knowledge of local languages (DE / IT / ES / FR)
• Experience with long-term influencer partnerships
• Understanding of tracking and postback logic
