About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Junior Media Buyer to support our performance marketing team across multiple channels, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Telegram promotion tools.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital advertising and wants to grow into a strong performance specialist.
Responsibilities
- Launch, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Telegram
- Assist in creating ad creatives, working with designers and content teams
- Conduct basic competitor research and market analysis
- Work with targeting, audience segmentation, and campaign structure
- Track KPIs and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Test new approaches, formats, and audiences
- Collaborate with media buyers, analysts, and team leads
- Maintain proper documentation and campaign logs
Requirements
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid traffic
- Hands-on experience with any of the following platforms is a plus:
- Facebook Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Telegram promotion tools (bots, channels, CPA networks)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow in performance marketing
- English: Intermediate+
- Ability to work with deadlines and multitask
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with tracking tools (Keitaro, Voluum, Binom)
- Basic knowledge of Canva / Figma
- Understanding of funnels, CPI/CPL/CPA models
- Experience working with affiliate offers
