We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to lead client projects, ensure transparent workflows, coordinate delivery teams, and support clients in achieving their business objectives through digital marketing.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage communication with clients and coordinate the delivery team
  • Oversee project workflow, resource allocation, and budget monitoring
  • Analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing activities and adjust project roadmaps
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly performance reports
  • Track and measure campaign performance using analytics tools (ROI & KPIs)
  • Identify insights and trends to optimize spend and campaign results
  • Research new digital tools and interactive trends, and share implications with clients

 

Must-Have Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager in the tech industry
  • Solid knowledge of analytics and marketing tools (GA, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, SEMrush, Keyword Planner)
  • Experience in Content & Inbound Marketing, PPC, SEO, and Email Marketing
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of Google Sheets & Google Slides
  • Fluent English

 

Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with emerging digital marketing tools and practices
  • Experience presenting to clients and leading strategic sessions
