A global product-based IT company with Ukrainian roots, developing innovative and integrated solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. The company combines advanced technology expertise, strong big data capabilities, and consulting services to support pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, and partners worldwide.

Its structure consists of International and Regional business units, with operations in 50+ countries across Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East.

Team size: 500+ FTEs.

 

Role

 

The CEO’s key priorities are building a strong leadership team, establishing a sustainable operational model, and developing core business processes across the global organization.

A major focus is strengthening the product function — improving existing solutions, increasing competitiveness, and ensuring scalability to support continued international growth.

The role also includes defining long-term strategy, reinforcing market leadership, and developing teams through modern management practices to ensure stable and technology-driven expansion.

Reporting line: Business Owners.

 

Candidate Profile

 

• Executive experience in international companies with multi-region product or service portfolios (preferably digital, data, pharma, or B2B SaaS)
• Background as a senior product or technology leader in a large IT organization
• Experience building or transforming operational models and establishing teams across multiple countries
• Strong understanding of business process development (budgeting, financial planning, commercial strategy, project management)
• Proven record in implementing digital systems (CRM, ERP, BI, HRM) and adapting them for a scaling business
• Ability to operate in a fast-changing, multi-functional environment with external partners or consulting teams
• Understanding of regulated markets and experience engaging with external stakeholders
• Strategic mindset, adaptability, maturity, and strong culture-building skills
• English: B2+

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Develop and implement an operational model aligned with local market specifics; optimize and scale key business processes
• Lead international offices; oversee P&L and KPIs, manage costs, sales planning, and commercial execution
• Build a strong leadership team through recruitment, development, mentorship, and competency assessment
• Establish an effective collaboration framework between International and Regional business units
• Participate in strategic planning, business expansion, partnership development, and launch of new services and products
• Drive process optimization and automation, including CRM and digital management tools
• Support transformation initiatives — restructuring, market adaptation, organizational and technological change
• Shape and strengthen corporate culture through ethical standards, communication policies, and motivation systems
• Manage operational and reputational risks, ensuring service quality, compliance, and effective crisis response
