At pleso therapy, we’re on a mission to make mental health more accessible, relatable, and human. We’re now looking for a Copywriter to help us bring our voice to life across our Polish social media channels with engaging, clear, and authentic content that resonates.

This is an hourly-based remote role for someone who loves to write, knows how to meet a deadline, and wants to be part of a mission-driven team.
 

🎯 Your Impact Areas

• Write long- and short-form texts for our social media channels
• Craft copy that supports brand values and marketing goals
• Adapt tone and style for different formats and audiences
• Collaborate with the Social Media Marketing Team
• Track feedback and performance of posts to continuously improve
• Follow content calendars and deliver copy on time
• Proactively spot and pitch local trends, and join the creative ideation process for our socials

🧠 Your Superpower Stack

• 1+ year of experience in copywriting (especially for social media)
• Polish native; strong English (Upper-Intermediate+)
• Creative but highly organized, you respect timelines and keep things moving
• You know how to structure ideas clearly and adjust tone depending on the context
• Comfortable offering your ideas and suggesting improvements
• Familiar with social media platforms and basic best practices
• Bonus points if you enjoy psychology, read regularly, or already attend therapy
• Even better if you’ve managed your own blog or personal content project

Hiring Process:

1. Test Task - we’ll ask you to complete a short writing assignment
2. Interview - a 30 min call with the hiring manager
3. Offer - we’ll make it official if it’s a match
