Junior Moderator $$$ Offline

You are the voice of the company on social media.
How potential clients, partners, and the community perceive us depends on your comments, engagement, and response speed.
You work at the intersection of community management, marketing, and digital communications.

Responsibilities:

• Writing and publishing comments on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, and other social media platforms (under posts, videos, livestreams, on forums);
• Engaging in discussions on relevant topics and platforms;
• Maintaining the company’s active presence in the digital space;
• Monitoring brand and competitor mentions;
• Responding quickly to questions, negative feedback, or trends;
• Communicating in the brand’s style — with a touch of boldness, expertise, and engagement;

• Keeping performance records (reports in

  spreadsheets, screenshots, reach and engagement metrics).

Requirements:

• Fluent Russian and/or Ukrainian, with the ability to write in a lively and engaging way;
• Understanding of social media and engagement mechanics;
• Ability to communicate with diverse audiences — from the crypto community to the business segment;
• Self-organization, creativity, and a sense of humor;
• Experience in SMM, community management, or copywriting will be an advantage.
