An SMM manager is someone who turns a brand into a living media presence.
They shape the company’s voice, create content that evokes emotion, and build an ongoing connection with the audience.
The mission of an SMM manager is to make the company talked about, quoted, and desired - both as a partner and as a workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the company’s social media content strategy (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.);
- Planning and creating content: posts, stories, reels, short-form videos, copy, and visuals;
- Writing brand-style copy — confident, clear, and with character;
- Collaborating with designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce cohesive content;
- Analyzing engagement, growth, and audience interaction metrics;
- Tracking trends and integrating them into the company’s content;
- Developing and maintaining the brand’s tone of voice and ensuring consistency;
- Managing communication in comments, stories, and direct messages;
- Generating ideas for collaborations, promotions, and special projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in SMM of at least 1 year;
- Understanding of engagement mechanics and creative thinking;
- Ability to turn content into a tool for building trust and driving sales;
- Writing texts in a lively, concise, digital-friendly style;
- Strong organization and a systematic approach;
- Love for social media, no fear of experimentation, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
