AI Content Manager (Lifestyle/Mindfulness Apps)

The role

We’re looking for someone who can blend AI technologies with meaningful, calming lifestyle content. Your mission is to keep a steady flow of high-quality audio and video stories for our spirituality and meditation apps — using advanced AI tools, automation, and your sense of storytelling.

You’ll be responsible for:

Content Production

• Create audio and video stories for our mobile apps.Scale content output — new story batches every two weeks across several apps.
• Use modern AI tools for text, voice, and visuals (ChatGPT, Gemini, Nano banana, Midjourney, Kling AI).
• Generate custom voices through ElevenLabs.

Automation & Workflow

• Build and maintain automation flows in n8n to speed up content creation and reduce manual work.
• Manage content inside our CMS: uploads, tagging, categorization, building themed collections.
• Run AI-powered localization to ship content in multiple languages.

Analytics & Iteration

• Analyze what content performs best and why.
• Run A/B tests (covers, titles, narration voices) and implement updates based on data.
• Work closely with product metrics (Mixpanel) and make decisions grounded in numbers.
   

Requirements

• 1+ years as a Content Manager / Content Creator with a structured, repeatable workflow.
• Advanced AI proficiency: you know how to prompt properly (including Chain of Thought), understand Midjourney parameters, and can fine-tune ElevenLabs voices.Automation / No-Code tools: experience with n8n (or Zapier/Make) and the ability to connect text generation, voice creation, and content delivery into a seamless pipeline.
• Data literacy: comfort with metrics (Mixpanel) and basic understanding of statistical significance in A/B testing.
• Strong sense of tone and style for spiritual, meditative, and calm content.
• Experience working with CMS tools.
• Process-oriented mindset — you can organize a production pipeline and consistently deliver content on time.
• High attention to detail — ensuring the final output is clean and accurate.
