Our Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of experience in UX, behavioral, ethnographic, or quantitative research.
  • Experience in gaming, iGaming, or entertainment industries.
  • Strong skills in both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Ability to conduct market and competitor analysis.
  • Experience with research tools (Maze, Hotjar, UserTesting, PlaytestCloud, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of player psychology, engagement loops, and UX principles.
  • Knowledge of cross-cultural behaviors and market trends in LATAM, EU, and Asia.
  • Ability to translate insights into actionable business or product decisions.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious, analytical mindset with excellent collaboration skills.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Turn business challenges into actionable research plans and roadmaps.
  • Lead research projects using the right mix of methods (interviews, surveys, A/B tests, behavioral data, market/competitive analysis).
  • Translate research findings into clear recommendations for Product, Marketing, and NPD teams.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks in the iGaming sector.
  • Plan and run user testing sessions (playtests, usability tests, concept and prototype evaluations).
  • Combine behavioral insights with quantitative data to uncover user motivations.
  • Use analytics tools (Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.) to connect qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Produce strategic insights that guide publishing, positioning, regional decisions, and GTM strategy.
