UppLabs β a company delivering software solutions for businesses in FinTech, Healthcare, and Real Estate. UppLabs provides experienced developers and DevOps engineers to integrate into client teams, accelerating product launches and saving resources.
Now, we are expanding into traffic arbitrage and exploring new marketing channels for scaling campaigns. To support this initiative, we are looking for an experienced Media Buyer who can launch campaigns from scratch, build traffic funnels, test hypotheses, and explain the reasoning behind their decisions.
This role will start as part-time (~20 hours/week), as this is a new initiative for us. Depending on results and effectiveness, the role may scale further.
π― Key Responsibilities
- Full launch of traffic arbitrage campaigns from scratch: selecting verticals, traffic sources, approaches, and tools.
- Recommendation and management of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, UAC, native networks, etc.).
- Building affiliate connections (bundles) and analyzing their performance.
- Setting up tracking, analytics, and funnel optimization.
- Running tests and scaling successful campaigns.
- Explaining the logic of decisions β why specific actions are taken, expected outcomes, KPIs, and how arbitrage works.
Preparing reports and recommendations on budgets, optimization, and future directions. - Collaborating with the founder for knowledge sharing and training.
Optional: Implementing AI-powered automation for routine media buying tasks to increase efficiency and output.

Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial experience in media buying / traffic arbitrage.
- Hands-on experience launching campaigns from scratch.
- Knowledge and practical experience with multiple traffic sources: Google Ads / Facebook Ads / TikTok Ads / Native / Push / Pop.
- Strong understanding of traffic funnels, tracking, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with trackers (Binom, Keitaro, Voluum, or similar).
- Comfortable working in uncertainty and testing new approaches.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to propose their own strategies.
π‘ Nice-to-Have
- Experience as a Team Lead or mentor.
- Experience building traffic funnels for βwhite hatβ SaaS/App products.
- Experience automating media buying processes using AI tools (content generation, link creation, campaign setup) β highly appreciated but not mandatory.
