Middle CRM Manager $$$ Offline
Are you ready to take the driver’s seat in shaping CRM processes from the ground up? We’re an international iGaming product company looking for an experienced CRM Manager to lead and optimize our communication strategies, influence results, and build efficient systems that deliver impact.
We’re seeking a proactive, responsible, and results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves turning data into action.
What you’ll need:
- Strong skills in Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, analytics, data structuring)
- Experience with Notion (documentation, planning)
- Hands-on with Customer.io or other ESPs (Braze, Optimove, etc.)
- Solid understanding of triggered flows, segmentation, user analytics, and user journeys
- Basic knowledge of Power BI or the ability to think through metrics
Your core responsibilities:
- Manage junior CRM team members and prioritize focus areas
- Maintain the CRM foundation (campaign chains, triggers, segments, reporting)
- Track and analyze campaign effectiveness across channels
- Prepare analytics reports and insights
- Weekly monitoring of results and tests
- Generate ideas to improve outcomes and optimize experiments
- Execute research and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of CRM
