About Us
We operate two growing online businesses in the US and UK markets, and we’re looking for a senior performance media buyer to take full ownership of our paid acquisition across multiple platforms. This is not a “set it and forget it” role we want someone who loves data and lives inside the ad accounts and treats them like their own.

 

Role Overview
We’re looking for a part-time (hours flexible and to be agreed) expert media buyer who:

Is fully up to date with the latest Meta/Andromeda update and how it changes account structure, targeting, and creative strategy

Can optimise and manage campaigns across 5 platforms for two brands in both the US and UK

Takes full ownership, constantly looks for inefficiencies, and pushes us as a business with clear asks and action items

You will be the person telling us what needs to be done, not waiting for instructions.

 

Responsibilities

Own and optimise all paid channels across 5 platforms
e.g. Meta (Facebook/Instagram, Andromeda-aware), Google Ads/YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit

Set up, manage, and improve campaigns for two businesses in US & UK markets

Apply Andromeda-era best practices:

Broad/aggregated structures where appropriate

Strong focus on creative testing and signal quality

Smart use of Advantage+ and AI products (where they make sense)

Continuously monitor performance - daily/weekly checks to ensure no waste, no broken tracking, and no “dead” campaigns sitting idle

Build and maintain a testing roadmap for:

New audiences/structures (where relevant)

New creatives, hooks, angles, and offers

Proactively identify inefficiencies and come to us with clear recommendations:

“I need X new creatives testing this angle”

“We should adjust budgets like this because…”

“This funnel step is underperforming – here’s what I suggest”

Create simple, insightful reports (not just exports from Ads Manager) summarizing:

What happened

Why it happened

What we’re doing next

Collaborate with us (and any internal or external creatives) to ensure ad messaging, landing pages, and offers are aligned.

 

Requirements

Expert-level media buyer with significant, recent experience managing multi-platform campaigns

Deep familiarity with Meta’s Andromeda update and the implications for:

Targeting

Account structure

Creative strategy & optimization

Demonstrable track record managing multiple brands and/or multiple markets (US/UK experience strongly preferred)

Perfect written and spoken English - you’ll be writing briefs, comments, and strategy updates

Proven ability to take initiative and lead:

You’re the one driving the agenda, not waiting for tasks

Comfortable “micromanaging” the platforms and details day to day

Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like:

Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics / GA4, [any others you use]

Freelance/contractor only - no agencies.

 

What We’re Not Looking For

Someone who just turns on campaigns and checks once a week

Someone who expects us to tell them what to do every day

An agency passing the work to a junior in the background

We want a hands-on expert who genuinely enjoys digging into data, fixing problems, and squeezing out more performance.
