Social Media & YouTube Manager
Location: Remote (Company registered in Estonia)
 

We are looking for a Social Media & YouTube Manager to join our team and support the growth of our social channels and YouTube presence. Our company is based in Estonia and currently manages a major client from the United States. The role focuses not only on content and community management but also on building a correct and scalable marketing strategy, as well as setting up and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across major platforms, including Google Ads, Pinterest, and Meta.
 

Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow our social media channels and YouTube account
• Plan, create and publish engaging content aligned with brand goals
• Develop a cohesive marketing strategy for social media and YouTube
• Set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Pinterest, Meta)
• Analyze performance metrics, create reports, and suggest improvements
• Research trends, audience behavior, competitors, and industry practices
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent communication and unified brand messaging
• Manage community interactions, comments, and overall engagement
• Support marketing initiatives for both the company and our major US-based client
 

Requirements:
• Proven experience as Social Media Manager, YouTube Manager, or similar position
• Understanding of YouTube growth principles, SEO for videos, and channel optimization
• Practical experience with paid advertising tools: Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, Meta Ads Manager
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles
• Ability to create content ideas and support content production
• Good analytical skills and ability to work with metrics
• English at B1 level or higher (team communicates in both English and Russian)
• Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and attention to detail
• Ability to work remotely and manage tasks without constant supervision
 

Nice-to-have:
• Experience working with international clients
• Basic video editing or thumbnail creation skills
• Understanding of broader marketing funnels and conversion tracking
