HR Business Partner $$$ Offline

We are an iGaming group of companies that has been operating internationally since 2020. Our portfolio includes several sports and casino brands. We continue to grow actively and are currently searching for an HR Business Partner.
 

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will connect business goals with people’s needs. This role requires someone ready to work closely with top management and team leaders, influence organizational structure, support change management, and implement practical and effective HR initiatives.
 

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, adaptation, development, and offboarding.
  • Oversee performance management processes and help build high-performing teams.
  • Coach managers and support the development of their leadership competencies.
  • Enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention through HR initiatives and projects.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with managers to improve team communication and productivity.
  • Analyze HR metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Organize HR research (eNPS, engagement surveys, focus groups), interpret results, and propose solutions.
     

What we expect from you:

  • 3–5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HR BP or in a similar role.
  • Mandatory experience in the iGaming industry.
  • Previous work experience in remote-first companies.
  • Proven experience building HR processes from scratch (onboarding, performance review, L&D, engagement) and scaling them rapidly.
  • Understanding of modern approaches to performance management, compensation review, and people analytics.
  • Strong HR analytics skills: data collection, interpretation, hypothesis building, dashboard creation (retention, eNPS, productivity).
  • Experience managing compensation & benefits, developing policies, and analyzing market competitiveness in a global hiring context.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on daily execution.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence leaders and support organizational change.
  • Structured, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment and support new GEO launches.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and initiative.
  • English level β€” B1+.
