This role is perfect for someone who understands SaaS, e-commerce, and CRO, and can turn complex ideas into engaging, actionable copy. Core responsibilities
- Use AI tools to generate and refine content for competitor comparisons, glossary articles, and content drafts, and edit them to sound natural, human, and aligned with our brand voice
- Write high-quality blog posts, guides, and landing pages on CRO, personalization, and A/B testing
- Turn complex product features into simple, compelling messaging
- Create SEO-optimized content based on keyword research and content briefs
- Ensure brand voice consistency across all content formats
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive content, and new CRO methodologies
- Assist with copy for landing pages, ads, and onboarding flows when needed
Must-have skills
- 2+ years of experience writing for SaaS
- Strong understanding of SEO and content structure
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, engaging language
- Portfolio of published articles (preferably in SaaS, CRO, UX, or e-commerce)
- Exceptional command of English and attention to detail
- Ability to research, plan, and independently produce high-quality content
Nice-to-haves
- Experience writing for CRO, personalization, or A/B testing products
- Familiarity with Shopify and the e-commerce ecosystem
- Understanding of content design, UX writing, or microcopy
- Basic knowledge of SurferSEO, Ahrefs, or similar tools
- Ability to collaborate with designers to align copy with visuals
