SMM Specialist to $1500 Offline

As we continue to expand our marketing efforts and strengthen our brand presence, we’re looking for a creative and results-driven SMM Specialist to take our social media to the next level.
This role focuses on building and growing Newsoft’s employer brand, HR brand, and brand awareness within the Ukrainian tech community. You’ll be responsible not only for creating high-quality visual and video content, but also for developing strategy, writing engaging copy, managing organic promotion, and launching paid advertising campaigns.

Requirements:

• Experience and expertise in creating compelling content, both in photos and videos.
• Possess a creative mindset and a strong inclination to stay updated with the latest marketing trends.
• Knowledge of how to organically promote profiles (pages) of organizations on social networks.
• Experience in creating texts of various orientations.
• Experience in creating advertising campaigns and targeting.
• Experience with Instagram, Facebook.
• English — at least an Intermediate level.

Responsibilities:

• Development of content plans and their implementation.
• Provision of attractive text, photo, and video content for accounts on social networks.
• Content distribution via Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other strategic social networks.
• Creating advertising campaigns and targeting.
• Organic growth of each social network.
• Active communication with the target audience.
• Regular monitoring of market trends, competitors, and target audience in the context of social networks, implementing data-based decisions to adopt the latest trends and monitoring their implementation.
